3. Main applications:

1) This product is mainly used as a vulcanizing agent and promoter for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. At the vulcanization temperature, active sulfur is decomposed, with a content of 27%. Single sulfur bonds are mainly formed in cross-linking.

2) Using this product for vulcanization has the advantages of no frost spraying, no discoloration, no pollution, and easy dispersion, especially suitable for butyl rubber and vulcanized rubber. It is heat-resistant, aging resistant, and has good deformability, and the vulcanized rubber has high tensile strength.

3) This product is safe to operate and is often used in combination with accelerators such as thiazole, thiram, and dithiocarbamate to improve vulcanization speed and reduce sulfur usage.
